These Terms govern your use of dryojnadentalclinic.com, operated by Dr Yojna’s Dental Clinic, Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur (“the Clinic”). By using the website you agree to them.

The website

Provides information about the Clinic and its services, and lets you request or book appointments. All content is general information — see the Medical Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms.

Appointments

An online booking is a request for a slot, confirmed when you receive our confirmation message. Where a booking deposit is collected it is fully adjustable against your treatment; deposit, cancellation, and refund terms are in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Clinical emergencies may occasionally require rescheduling — we notify you at the earliest and offer the next slot. Please arrive 10 minutes early; arrivals over 15 minutes late may be rescheduled.

Pricing information

All prices, ranges, estimator outputs, and country comparisons on this website are indicative only and subject to clinical examination. A final quotation is provided only after in-person assessment. Foreign-currency figures are approximate conversions for convenience.

Virtual Smile Consultation

Remote assessments are preliminary and informational — not a diagnosis, prescription, or treatment plan. Definitive planning requires in-person examination and, where indicated, radiographs.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the booking system (bulk, fraudulent, or automated bookings), upload unlawful or malicious content, probe the website’s security, or scrape/republish content without permission.

Intellectual property

Website content — text, design, logos, and clinical images (used with signed patient consent) — belongs to the Clinic. No reproduction without written permission.

Third parties

Payments run on Razorpay under their terms; scheduling on Cal.com; hosting on Cloudflare. External links (e.g., the official Indian visa portal) are for convenience; we aren’t responsible for third-party content.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Clinic isn’t liable for indirect loss from website use, downtime, or reliance on informational content contrary to the Medical Disclaimer. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including for services actually rendered at the Clinic under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Laws of India; courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan, subject to your consumer-forum rights.
