Dr Yojna’s Dental Clinic (“the Clinic”, “we”), G-1, 2/521, Chitrakoot Scheme, Near Pratap Stadium, Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan – 302021, operates this website. This policy explains how we handle your personal data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

When you book or contact us: name, phone number, email, the treatment you’re asking about, and your preferred slot. When you use the Virtual Smile Consultation: additionally, the smile photographs you choose to upload and your stated goals. Automatically (only if you accept analytics cookies): pages visited, approximate city, device type — never used to identify you personally.

We do not collect medical history, government IDs, or card details through this website. Payments are processed directly by Razorpay; card/UPI details never touch our servers.

Why

To schedule, confirm, and remind you about appointments; to respond to enquiries including preliminary remote assessments; and to improve the website (aggregate analytics only). We never sell your data and never use it for third-party advertising.

Consent

Every form includes an unticked consent checkbox; we process data only after you tick it. You may withdraw consent anytime (contact below); withdrawal doesn’t affect processing already done.

Who we share with

Only providers strictly needed to run the site, each limited to the stated purpose: Razorpay (payments), Cal.com (appointment scheduling), Cloudflare (hosting and secure photo storage), and our email provider for notifications. Nothing else, except where law requires.

Retention

Appointment and enquiry data: [TODO e.g. 3 years] from last interaction, then deleted — unless it becomes part of your clinical record, which follows dental record-keeping norms. Virtual Smile Consultation photos: deleted automatically after 90 days if you don’t proceed; retained in your clinical record if you do.

Security

HTTPS everywhere; access restricted to authorised staff; two-factor authentication on administrative accounts; photos stored in a private, clinic-owned bucket; regular backups.

Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you may access a summary of your data, correct it, erase it (subject to clinical record-keeping law), withdraw consent, and grieve — first with us, then with the Data Protection Board of India.
